For maximum security, we host our own RustDesk relay server. No video stream passes through third-party servers. To connect, configure your client with the following settings:

Quick Setup Guide

  • Install the RustDesk application on your device.
  • Open RustDesk, click the 3 vertical dots next to your ID or in the menu, then go to Network.
  • Enable the server configuration option and enter portail.poulinelectrique.com in the ID Server and Relay Server fields.
  • Copy the public key above and paste it in the Key field.
  • Click Apply. The indicator at the bottom of the software will display "Ready" in green.
